Useful reports include a calculation that appears incorrect, a confusing definition, an accessibility barrier, a broken page or download, a source correction, or a privacy question.
What to include
- The calculator, guide, or download name.
- The numerical inputs used, without customer or personal information.
- The result received and the expected result.
- The source supporting a correction, where applicable.
- Browser and device type if the issue is technical.
